MISCREANTS ROBBED CSP OPERATOR, TWO MISCREANTS ARRESTED

ARA---------------------------A big robbery has happened again in Bhojpur from a CSP operator. This time the robbery has been carried out in Sandesh. Nearly 4 lakhs rupees were robbed from a CSP operator at gunpoint by criminals near Sandesh Agricultural Farm. The criminals also ran away with the operator's mobile and bike keys. The incident happened with Ritesh Kumar, a resident of Kandharpur village in Sandesh police station area, at around 3:30 pm. Four masked criminals riding two bikes have been accused of robbery.

After carrying out the incident, the four criminals fled towards Sahar via Phuladi. However, the police, which came into action mode on the information of the robbery, arrested two criminals running near the Kirkiri check post. Apart from the pistol, bike and looted money used in the robbery, cartridges have also been recovered from them. However, two criminals managed to escape. Both the arrested criminals are said to be residents of Pavana police station area.

On the instructions of SP Raj, the police is conducting raids to arrest both the robbers. It is being told that Ritesh Kumar runs a customer service center (CSP) in Kori Bazar of Sandesh police station. On Friday afternoon, he went to the bank located in Sandesh to withdraw money. After withdrawing about four lakh 74 thousand rupees from State Bank and Union Bank, he was returning to the customer service center located in Kori Bazar by bike.  Then four masked miscreants riding two bikes, who were already waiting in ambush near Sandesh Agricultural Farm, blocked the road with a bike and stopped the operator. They snatched the bike keys and mobile at gunpoint. They fled after snatching the money kept in his bag. On receiving the information, the police reached and investigated. After that, the area was cordoned off and raids were started. The police is engaged in identification and arrest on the basis of CCTV footage and technical sources.

On September 5, a CSP operator was robbed at gunpoint in Krishnagarh area. On August 11, a CSP operator was robbed of Rs 2 lakh in Ayar police station area. Before that, in February, a CSP operator was shot dead in Bahronpur and then Rs 4 lakh was robbed from him.

It is being told that after carrying out the robbery on the CSP operator in Sandesh, the bike-borne criminals were fleeing towards Sahar from State Highway 81 via Phuladi village using the rural road. Just then, the police of Azimabad police station got information about the robbery. After that, the police arrested two robbers riding a bike near the Kirkiri check post. However, two others managed to escape by dodging the police. It is being told that weapons, cash and cartridges have also been recovered from the arrested criminals.
