ARA---------------------------A middle aged man died on the spot after falling from a palm tree in a garden located in Barhbatra village of Town police station area of ​​Ara city in the evening. There was chaos among the people regarding the incident. According to the information, the deceased is 55 year old Bhagwan Chaudhary, son of late Jaglal Chaudhary, resident of Ward No. 3 of Barhbatra village of Town police station area. He used to sell toddy fruit after taking it down from the palm tree.

Shyam Bihari Chaudhary, resident of the deceased's neighborhood and advocate, said that on Monday evening he was climbing a palm tree in the garden located in Barhbatra to take down toddy. While climbing, he thought of holding its branch and climbing higher. During that time, he lost his balance and fell down from the palm tree. Due to which he died on the spot.

After this, the children playing in the garden informed his family about this. When the family reached there after getting the information, they saw that he had died. On getting the information, the Town Police Station reached the spot and took the body in their custody and got the post-mortem done in the hospital.

It is said that the deceased's family consists of his wife Rita Devi and five sons Suresh, Mahesh, Sonu, Ajay, Suraj and a daughter Jyoti. After the incident, there is chaos in the deceased's house. His wife Rita Devi and all the family members are in a bad condition due to crying.
