PATNA-----------------------A girl student has filed a sexual abuse case against a PG student studying in the government medical college of the capital Patna. The girl has alleged that while living as a live-in partner, the young man sexually abused her by luring her with marriage. The accused student has been identified as a young man named Siraj, who is currently absconding.

According to the news agency report, this case has been registered in the women's police station located in Alamganj police station area of ​​​​Patna City. Police have registered a case under section 69 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). DSP Atulesh Jha of Patna City said that the victim has said in her complaint that she was living in a live-in relationship with Siraj for four years. During this time, the young man had promised to marry her. But a few days ago she came to know that the accused had married another girl.

Police say that the case is being investigated and the accused will soon be called for questioning by sending a notice. If he does not appear before the police, legal action against him will be intensified. Police have said that they are committed to providing every possible justice to the victim.
