MARRIED WOMAN STRANGULATED TO DEATH

ARA-------------------------A married woman was murdered by strangulation with a rope in Neema village of Udwantnagar police station area of Bhojpur district. A black mark has been found on the body of the deceased below the left cheek and on the neck. Due to which the family is accusing the in-laws of killing her by strangulation with a rope. According to the information, the deceased is Sarita Devi, 25-year-old wife of Ritesh Kumar, resident of Neema village of Udwantnagar police station area.

Here, the father of the deceased, Surendra Singh, a resident of Kamariya village of Azimabad police station area, said that he had married his daughter Sarita Devi to Ritesh Kumar, son of Chandralok Singh alias Loka, resident of Neema village of Udwantnagar police station area, in May 21. After one year of marriage, her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law started demanding a bike and a gold chain. Due to which they started harassing her.

Regarding this, she had complained to the women police station and senior police officer about her in-laws. Despite this, they did not give up their habit. Due to this, they used to visit her in-laws regularly with food and other items. He had gone to her in-laws' house to meet her ten days ago. Meanwhile, on Monday afternoon, he got the information that his daughter had died.

Getting the information, when they reached her in-laws' house in Neema village, they saw that she was lying dead on the ground. After which, they informed the local police station about it. After getting the information, the local police station reached the spot, took the body in its custody and got the post-mortem done in Sadar Hospital.

On the other hand, the deceased's father Surendra Singh has accused her husband Ritesh Kumar, father-in-law Chandralok Singh alias Loka, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of killing his daughter by strangulating her with a rope. However, the police is investigating the matter at its level.

It is said that the deceased was the youngest among her one brother and one sister. Even after four years of her marriage, she did not have any child. Her family consists of her mother Phuljharo Devi and a brother Virendra Kumar. After the incident, there was chaos in the house of the deceased. After the incident, the mother of the deceased Phuljharo Devi and all the family members are crying inconsolably.
