PATNA--------------------------Ruling party leaders have now begun to counterattack Prashant Kishore, the architect of Jan Suraj, who has been leveling allegations against NDA leaders ahead of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. Sanjay Jaiswal, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from West Champaran, has filed a defamation suit against PK in the Bettiah court. Meanwhile, Ashok Choudhary, a senior minister from the Janata Dal United (JDU) quota in the Nitish Kumar government, has also sent a defamation notice of ₹100 crore to Prashant Kishore.
