KAIMUR POLICE SEIZED 3700 LIVE CARTRIDGES AND ARRESTED TWO PERSONS
-Kaimur Police and Special Task Force, Patna, in a joint action, recovered 3700 pieces of illegal cartridges from a Brezza car coming from Varanasi. During this, two persons have been arrested.
BHABHUA (RNI) Kaimur Police and Special Task Force, Patna, in a joint action, recovered 3700 pieces of illegal cartridges from a Brezza car coming from Varanasi. During this, two persons have been arrested. The arrested persons include Shatrughan Sharma and Kumar Abhijit. Shatrughan Sharma is a resident of Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh, while Kumar Abhijit is a resident of Nalanda district of Bihar. Police said that the Brezza car coming from Varanasi was stopped and searched, in which illegal cartridges were recovered in 64 transparent plastic packets from the trunk. On counting the cartridges, a total of 3700 cartridges were recovered, on which KF 8 MM and HPM 25 were written.
Police said that no valid documents were found from the arrested persons, after which they were arrested. In this regard, a case has been registered in Mohani police station and further action has been started. Police has seized the white coloured Brezza car and recovered 2950 pieces of brass coloured live cartridges in 60 plastic packets with KF 8mm written on the pen and 750 pieces of brass coloured live cartridges in 04 plastic packets with HPM 25 written on the pen. PAN card, Aadhar card, driving license, ATM card, mobile have been recovered from the arrested accused.
