ARA----------------------------An FIR has been registered in the case of a youth being shot and injured in a dispute near Powerganj Overbridge in Nawada police station area of ​​​​Ara city on Saturday evening. Four people have been named in the Nawada police station on the statement of the injured Anish Kumar.

Among them, Ayush Singh, son of Akhilesh Singh, resident of Ekta Nagar Anaith, Ara, Himanshu Singh of the same locality, Ashish Kumar, resident of Anaith Ward No. 43 and Rohit Kumar, resident of Bhagwatipur village of Udwantnagar police station area have been made accused. The police took immediate action and arrested the accused Ayush Kumar.

In the registered FIR, Anish Kumar has told that on Sunday evening at around five o'clock, he went to Shivganj on his bike from his house in Mohalla Anaith to eat momos. There was no momos cart in Shivganj. After which he was returning to his home via the bus stand by bike.

As soon as he climbed the eastern overbridge, Ayush Singh and Himanshu Singh, who were sitting on a bike from behind, started following him. When he got down below the overbridge, Rohit Kumar and Ashish Kumar were already standing there with a bike. Then suddenly Ayush Singh fired at him from behind. During this, the bullet hit the lower part of his waist.
