FAROOQ-e-URDU SEMINAR ORGANIZED IN ARA

ARA-------------------------Under the aegis of Urdu Directorate under the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Bihar, a district level Farooq-e-Urdu Seminar, Workshop and Mushaira was successfully organized in the Nagari Pracharini Auditorium. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp jointly by Assistant Collector Mr. Syed Adeel Mohsin, District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nazarat Sub-Collector, Information and Public Relations Officer, Additional Collector (Public Grievances) and District Program Officer, Translation Officer. Chief Guest Mr. Syed Adeel Mohsin said in his address, “Urdu is the language of Hindustan, which has grown up here and is considered the language of love. We should collectively make efforts for its preservation and development, so that this language reaches the masses.” Other officials also shared their views on the historical role of Urdu language, its contribution to social harmony, and its practical importance. He stressed the need for continuous efforts for the promotion of Urdu. All the Urdu translators and employees of Bhojpur district participated enthusiastically in this event. Prominent among them were Nazish Talat, Andlib Umar, Rahima Naz, Shahbaz Akhtar, Hasan Arif, Tabish, Kausar Jahan, Mohammad Ibrahim and Nizamuddin along with other employees, who performed their duties in a commendable manner. The program was concluded with a vote of thanks by District Urdu Officer Mrs. Asma Khatoon.
