FARMERS HELD A MEETING ON NOT GETTING PROPER COMPENSATION

BHABHUA---------------------------For the construction of Bharat Mala Expressway, the land of farmers is being acquired from five blocks of the district. In return, the farmers are not being given proper compensation by the government. Due to which the angry farmers held a meeting of Kisan Sangharsh Morcha in Pashai on Tuesday. It was chaired by Vimlesh Pandey and conducted by Pashupati Singh. During this, the speakers said that we have to fight the last battle for our children. To get the money, many farmers have submitted documents in the land acquisition office. But, till now only 15-20 farmers have received the money. The government wants to take the documents from the farmers. After this, it does not want to give the money. The district administration wants to acquire the land of the farmers by getting the documents submitted. A unanimous decision was taken in the meeting to demand one district, one nature, one land and one compensation from the government. Regarding which, CM residence will be surrounded on 25th August in Patna. In which one thousand farmers from Kaimur district will participate. Apart from this, a large number of farmers from Rohtas and Aurangabad district will also participate. The government has announced to give Rs 1 crore 30 lakh per acre to the farmers in SIO Mauza. Whereas the affected farmers of other Mauzas are being given compensation of Rs 30 lakh per acre. Farmers will not tolerate this kind of discrepancy. Till we do not get compensation according to SIO Mauza, we will neither submit the documents nor take the compensation. For this, the district administration should adopt a repressive attitude. Hundreds of farmers including Anil Singh, Tileshwar Dubey, Tuntun Singh, Rajnath Kushwaha, Jamuna Ram, Biki Singh, Sunil Singh, Dadan Singh, Ramakant, Mansha ji, Manoj Tiwari, Ramashankar Tiwari, Keshav Rai participated in the meeting.
