ELDER BROTHER KILLED WHILE YOUNGER WAS INJURED IN A LAND DISPUTE
-In Gyanchak village of Udwantnagar police station area of Bhojpur, the elder brother was beaten to death with a stick in a land dispute on Friday morning. He died while being brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. During this, the younger brother of the deceased was seriously injured. He has been referred from Sadar Hospital to Patna for treatment. Sensation spread in the village and surrounding areas regarding the incident. On receiving the information, Udwantnagar police station in-charge Jayant Prakash reached Sadar Hospital and met the family members of the deceased and inquired about the incident.

On receiving the information, Udwantnagar police station in-charge Jayant Prakash reached Sadar Hospital and met the family members of the deceased and inquired about the incident.
According to the information, the deceased is Collector Yadav, 45-year-old son of late Suraj Yadav, resident of Gyanchak village of Udwantnagar police station area. He was a farmer by profession. While the younger brother of the deceased is 40-year-old Ramashankar Yadav. Udwantnagar police station in-charge Jayant Prakash said that there is a dispute going on between the two parties regarding land since before. The pattidaar is being accused of murder. Police is continuously conducting raids to arrest the accused.
He told that the deceased collector Yadav was accused in the Arms Act case in the year 2024. He has also gone to jail. It is said that the deceased's family consists of his wife Durgavati Devi, two daughters Laxmina Kumari, Santoshi Kumari, two sons Vikas Kumar and Vishnu Kumar. After the incident, there is chaos in the deceased's house. His wife Durgavati Devi and all the family members are crying inconsolably.
