PATNA------------------------Politics has heated up in Bihar regarding the upcoming assembly elections. The Election Commission (EC On Tejashwi) has deflated the claim of former Deputy Chief Minister and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. On Tejashwi Yadav's claim that his name has been removed from the voter list, so how will he contest the elections now. The Election Commission has termed this claim of Tejashwi as wrong.

The Election Commission has said on Tejashwi Yadav's claim that his name is included in the draft voter list. The Election Commission has also released the formal format of the voter list, in which RJD leader Tejashwi's age, gender, address, father's name and house number are also recorded along with his photo.

It is worth noting that while holding a press conference on Saturday, Tejashwi Yadav had accused the Election Commission and said that his name has been removed from the voter list. He said, "Now tell me, when my name is not in the list, how will I contest the elections?" The process of Special Intensive Review (SIR) has been completely opaque. He said that he had himself filled and submitted the calculation form, yet his name was deleted.
