CHIEF SECRETARY HAD A MEETING WITH THE OFFICIALS

ARA-------------------------A meeting was organized to review the progress of implementation of schemes run under various departments through video conferencing under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary, Bihar. Deputy Development Commissioner Gunjan Singh, Executive Engineer, Building Division, Ara; General Manager, District Industries Center; Executive Engineer, Electricity (Ara and Jagdishpur); DIO, NIC; Executive Engineer, PHED; Executive Engineer of Rural Works Department (Ara, Piro and Jagdishpur); Road Division, Ara; Municipal Commissioner, Ara Municipal Corporation; In-charge Officer, Tourism Branch; District Planning Officer and other related officers were present in this meeting. During the meeting, the updated progress of the schemes run by the Building Division, Industries Department, Electricity Department, PHED, Rural Works Department, Road Division, Tourism Department, Planning Department and Municipal Corporation was mainly reviewed. The Chief Secretary received detailed information about the current status of the schemes from the concerned officials and gave necessary guidelines to complete the schemes in a quality manner within the stipulated time frame. He stressed on all departments to speed up the work by establishing mutual coordination and providing quick benefits of the schemes to the public.
