An online poetry symposium was organized by the Multi Skill Development Association on the topic "World Nature Conservation Day" on Monday. On this platform, many experienced and budding creators mesmerized the audience with their excellent poems. Respect to Mother Nature At the beginning of the seminar, senior poet and litterateur Mohan Lal Jangid presented nature as the mother of human life and highlighted the importance of its conservation. Through his composition "Prakriti Janani Pratham Sada, Rakhiye Maa Sa Maan", he expressed this profound truth in poetic words, which awakened a sense of respect for nature in the audience. The essence of conservation in haiku Coordinating the seminar, Professor Dr. Narsingh Binani also presented some of his impressive haikus. In his compositions, words like "Natural resources should be conserved by humans" express the need for judicious use and conservation of nature's resources in a concise and effective manner, which is an important message for mankind. Call for tree plantation Senior poet and litterateur Jugal Kishore Purohit gave the status of mother to the earth and called its conservation the top priority. He presented his composition "Hari-Bhari Ho Dharti Mata, Jan-Jan Ka Hai Isse Nata". In the same sequence, young poetess Sarita Tiwari Pareek, highlighting the role of tree plantation in nature conservation, presented her composition "Aisa Sankalp Hume Lena Hai, Jakar Har Gali Har Ghar, Tree Plantation Ka Sandesh Dena Hai" in effective words. Senior poet Dr. Krishnalal Bishnoi also clarified the importance of greenery in human life through his special composition "Anmol Tohfa Hai Prakriti Ka, Hariyali Ka Jivana Mein Aana". In a discussion seminar on water conservation and pollution, poet-storyteller Umashankar Bagdi emphasized the economical use of water by adding words like "With one bottle of water, I clean the car very well" in his composition. At the same time, former nursing superintendent of PBM Hospital and senior poet Dr. Jagdish Dan Barhat compared the increasing environmental pollution on the earth to the dark night of Amavasya. The words of his composition "I saw the earth spewing like a volcano" prove the relevance of Nature Conservation Day in the present times. The function concluded with a successful Kavi Goshthi organised by former Principal, thinker and writer Professor Dr. Narsingh Binani. In the end, senior poet and litterateur Jugal Kishore Purohit thanked all the creators, calling their presentations excellent and commendable. This event proved to be an important step in increasing collective responsibility and awareness towards nature.
