ARMED MISCREANTS SHOT AT LAND DEALER

ARA--------------------------The terror of criminals has once again come to the fore in a fearless form in Bhojpur district of Bihar. Armed miscreants fired bullets at a land dealer near Sakhua Complex under Udwantnagar police station area of the district, attacking him with lethal weapons. The incident took place in broad daylight, which created panic in the area and spread panic among the common people.

The incident happened in the morning when businessman Ram Narayan Singh had gone to Piania market on his bike to eat paan. While returning from the market, two miscreants on a bike targeted him and started firing. The bullet hit near the thumb of Ram Narayan's left foot, due to which he fell on the spot.

During the incident, the miscreants not only fired bullets, but also snatched the keys of the businessman's bike. Seeing the crowd gathering, they fled from the spot. The injured Ram Narayan was immediately taken to Sadar Hospital, where his condition is said to be critical. Ram Narayan Singh revealed in his statement to the police that he had received a threat of paying extortion money of ₹50,000 every month from an unknown number about two months ago. He did not pay attention to it, but now he suspects that this attack could be the result of that threat. He also clarified that he does not have any enmity with anyone or any dispute over land.

As soon as the information about the incident was received, the Udwantnagar police station reached the spot and started an in-depth investigation of the spot. The police have started scanning the footage of nearby CCTV cameras to identify the criminals. One miscreant was wearing a helmet, while the other's face was open.

After the incident, there is an atmosphere of fear in Sakhua Complex and the surrounding area. Local people say that they are feeling insecure due to the increasing courage of the criminals. They have demanded the administration to strengthen the security system in the area.

This incident is not only an attack on a person, but also raises questions on the law and order of the entire district. The way criminals are fearlessly committing crimes is a serious challenge for the police and administration. It has become necessary for the administration to take prompt action in such cases and arrest the criminals and strictly curb organized crimes like extortion.

The injured businessman Ram Narayan Singh is undergoing treatment. The police investigation is also progressing rapidly. Now it remains to be seen how seriously the administration takes this matter and whether it is able to remove the fear from the minds of the common people and assure them of security or not.
