BUXAR--------------------------When will action be taken against the so-called mafias Ajay Singh and Arvind Singh active in the education department of Buxar. This has become a topic of discussion among the departmental officers and the teachers troubled by them. However, action is not being taken against them as the investigation is not yet complete. Two days ago, the District Magistrate has also directed the investigating officers to expedite the investigation. Now it remains to be seen how much speed is being gained in this after the instructions of the Jitadhikari. Let us tell you that apart from the allegations of assault, misbehavior etc. in front of the then Jita Education Officer in the office of the then Establishment DPO against Ajay Singh and Arvind Singh for the selection of housekeeping agencies, the bench desk scam, irregularities in Thaati, boring etc., intimidation and blackmailing etc. are being investigated. It is also interesting that Buxar MP Sudhakar Singh had raised objection on the joint investigation report of three DPOs of the Education Department on the selection of housekeeping agency First Idea. After which the District Magistrate had assigned the responsibility of investigating this matter to three officers of the rank of Additional Collector in the month of June itself and had instructed them to complete the investigation and submit the report within a week, despite which the investigation in this matter has not been completed yet. The interesting aspect in this case is that the head of the investigation team selected by the Jitadhikari and Additional Collector Departmental Investigation Girijesh Kumar has asked for a report on three points from the Buxar DEO. These include providing the block-wise list of housekeeping agencies working in Buxar district, the agreement letter of all the agencies and the report of the District Education Officer related to housekeeping along with the original file. Departmental sources say that the investigation team has not yet received the DEO's report on the third point, due to which the investigation is stalled.
