ARA--------------------------Taking prompt cognizance of the incident in which a woman named Babita Devi lost her life due to a lightning strike at a threshing floor in Chaudhary Tola—located in the Dusadhibadhar area of ​​the town under the jurisdiction of Piro Police Station—the Circle Officer has provided financial assistance of ₹4 lakh from the disaster relief fund. The woman died as a result of the lightning strike on Friday afternoon. Within exactly twenty-four hours of the incident, the Circle Officer completed all necessary formalities, summoned the deceased's husband to his office, and handed over a check for ₹4 lakh. It is worth noting that the family of the deceased, Babita Devi, is in a financially precarious position and struggles to make ends meet. Following the woman's death, her family has been left completely destitute. In light of this, local social worker Ramji Singh met with the Circle Officer and took the initiative to secure government assistance for the deceased's relatives. Consequently, the family members received the financial aid.
