Great news is coming for teachers in Bihar. Teachers are going to get a big relief. According to the information, the salaries of BPSC TRE-1 teachers will now be increased. Teachers will receive the increased salary. According to the information, BPSC teachers had been waiting for their annual salary increment for about two years. According to the department, all types of teachers in the district will receive the benefit of the annual salary increment along with their January salary.

Work in this regard is going on at a war footing in the district establishment branch and will be completed in a day or two. This information was given by DPO Establishment Sanjay Kumar Yadav on Friday during the teacher salary fair held at his office. He said that a large number of teachers selected through BPSC TRE-1 were supposed to receive the benefit of the annual salary increment from July 2024, but it was delayed due to technical difficulties at the HRMS level. Now, after the departmental order, the problem has been resolved.

During the salary fair, the DPO Establishment, along with his staff, listened to the problems of more than 200 teachers. Most of the applications were related to annual salary increment, pending arrears payment, incorrect salary fixation, non-payment of salary for a few days due to technical reasons, and problems related to PRAN number. The DPO listened to each teacher's problem seriously and assured them of necessary action in the relevant matters.

The most complaints were related to pending salary payments. In addition, applications related to pending salary payments during medical leave, paternity leave, earned leave, and maternity leave were also received. He clarified that teachers in the district who are on probation are currently only entitled to maternity leave, while other leaves are converted into unpaid leave.
