PATNA-------------------------In the extended auditorium of Bihar Legislative Assembly, civic felicitation was done on the occasion of 90th birth anniversary of the famous poet Satyanarayan ji, the composer of Bihar State Song, who has been the Team President (Minister of State) of Bihar Hindi Pragati Samiti, Official Language Department, Cabinet Secretariat for two years. On this occasion, the release of the felicitation book published on him was done in the presence of the Honorable Speaker of Bihar Legislative Assembly, Mr. Nand Kishore Yadav, Honorable Ganga Prasad ji, Governor of Sikkim and Meghalaya, Mayor of Patna, Mrs. Sita Sahu ji and many eminent litterateurs.

Mentioning the relevance and importance of Bihar State Song, the Honorable Speaker made a very pithy analysis and congratulated poet Satyanarayan ji. Along with this, he wished poet Satyanarayan ji a long life while presenting him with a shawl, flower bouquet and citation letter brought by him.

In this event, writers, litterateurs, poets and critics from Patna and other places of the country expressed their views and threw light on the social, literary and cultural aspects of poet Satyanarayan ji.

The auditorium with a capacity of more than 300 was too small due to the fans of poet Satyanarayan. In the felicitation of 90-year-old poet Satyanarayan, the presence and participation of writers of his generation as well as writers of the next generation, writers, social workers, elite women and youth wrote a golden chapter in the dignity of the event.

The felicitation book published on poet Satyanarayan ji contains interesting memoirs, compositions, articles and poems of 108 important writers, poets, writers, journalists, theatre workers, cultural workers, diplomats, doctors, professors, judges, government officials or you can say people from every section of the society.

The felicitation book with a compilation of about 500 pages is like a historical document in which the saga of struggle, the pure flow of literature, interesting incidents as well as various dimensions of relationships are compiled.

Being the secretary of the organizing committee, I express my heartfelt gratitude with deep respect for the contribution of all the dignitaries and salute everyone. I express my special gratitude to the Chairman of Abhinandan Samiti, respected Bhagwati Prasad Dwivedi Ji, office bearers Kishore Sinha Ji (documentary producer), Kamalnayan Srivastava Ji (collection for compilation), Ajit Kumar Yadav (coordination) as well as all the members of the committee.

I also express my special gratitude to all those intellectuals present in the auditorium whose presence gave dignity to the event. I also express my gratitude to all those people who stayed with me at every step and gave me mental strength for the success of the event. In the end, I apologize for any kind of mistake.
