PATNA--------------------------Shakti Dal has been formed by Patna Police for empowerment of women and their safety under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna. This team is actively active around various educational institutions of Patna to prevent eve teasing.
In this context, today this campaign was launched by Ms. Diksha, City Superintendent of Police (Central), Patna, especially keeping in mind the increased crowd in the evening at Boring Road, S.K. Puri Park area and Marine Drive.
During this, a close watch was kept on anti-social elements, and effective action was taken to provide a safe environment to the common citizens, especially women and children, while ensuring road safety.
