SPECIAL CAMPS AT ALL POLLING STATIONS

ARA--------------------------As directed by District Election Officer-cum-District Magistrate Tanay Sultania, special camps will be organized at all polling stations in the district on September 20, 2025 (Saturday) and September 21, 2025 (Sunday) to register young and women voters in the electoral roll based on the eligibility date of July 1, 2025.

During the special camps, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., all BLOs will be present at their respective polling stations to receive applications from eligible citizens in the prescribed form. It is also noteworthy that special camps are being organized regularly in all colleges and educational institutions in the district to receive applications from young people for registration.

Eligible citizens can also apply online through the Election Commission of India website or the Voter Helpline mobile app. Also, any voter can submit an application in the prescribed form for amendment in his/her particulars or deletion of name from the electoral roll.

The main objective of this special camp is to ensure that no eligible voter is left out in the electoral roll, so that all eligible voters can exercise their franchise in the upcoming Bihar Legislative Assembly General Elections 2025.
