DELHI-------------------------The National Anti-Caste Reservation Party held a one-day protest at Jantar Mantar in the Parliament Street police station area against reservation. A memorandum was submitted to the President demanding the abolition of the SC/ST Act and the existing anti-people reservation system. Giving information in this regard, Ravindra Jatheri, National Secretary of the National Anti-Caste Reservation Party, said that the party has been staging a Satyagraha for many years, demanding that the government abolish the SC/ST Act and the existing anti-people reservation system, which includes reservations for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and women, as it poses a threat to the unity, integrity, and sovereignty of the country. However, the central government is ignoring our demands, strengthening the SC/ST Act, and continuously promoting reservation. Talented individuals are being sidelined, which is neither in the public interest nor in the national interest. The central government's decision to conduct a caste-based census has further endangered the already threatened unity, integrity, and sovereignty of the country. Due to this concern, the anger among the Satyagrahis, supporters, and countrymen of the National Anti-Caste Reservation Party is continuously increasing against the government's working style. He said that the memorandum submitted to the President demands the immediate abolition of the SC/ST Act, the elimination of the existing anti-people reservation system, and that the government should ensure protection and facilities only in the form of necessary financial assistance to poor and unemployed individuals and families in the country. Instead of a caste-based census, the government should conduct a census of the rich, poor, employed, and unemployed.
