GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCED PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY IN BIHAR

PATNA---------------------------Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made a big announcement for the youth and entrepreneurs of the state on the occasion of Independence Day. He said that as per the promise made in 2020 under Saat Nishchay-2, the target of providing government jobs and employment to 50 lakh youth has been achieved. Now the government has set a target of providing jobs and employment to 1 crore youth in the next 5 years.

The Chief Minister said that the government is coming up with a special economic package to promote setting up industries and self-employment in the state. Under this, private sectors will also be encouraged to set up industries.

He told that this package will include many provisions, the main ones being 1. Capital subsidy, interest subsidy and GST incentive amount will be doubled. 2. Land will be provided for setting up industries in all the districts of the state. Industries giving more employment will also be given free land. 3. Disputes related to allotted land will be settled. 4. All these facilities will be given to the entrepreneurs setting up industries within the next 6 months. Apart from this, many other provisions have been made, whose detailed notification will be issued soon. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that the government's goal is to promote industries in Bihar, provide employment to the youth and make them self-reliant.
