FIR AGAINST DSP ADIL BILAL FOR MURDER

SASARAM--------------------------CBI has registered three FIRs and started investigation in the case of the incident that took place on 27 December 2024 in the district headquarters Sasaram city. In the case, CBI has registered an FIR of murder and attempt to murder against the then traffic DSP of Sasaram Adil Bilal and his body guard named and unknown. There was a lot of uproar in this case regarding the role of DSP Adil Bilal. Youth Rana Om Prakash alias Badal was killed during the birthday party. The second FIR has been done under the liquor prohibition law. In this, Kalika Singh, the owner of Hariji's Hata located in Sasaram city, has been made a named accused. The third FIR has been done against unknown. CBI has registered all three FIRs on the order of Justice Sandeep Kumar of Patna High Court dated 30 July 2025. CBI has registered all three FIRs on the basis of FIR lodged in Sasaram Town police station and the order of Patna High Court. According to the information, Rana Om Prakash alias Badal was having a birthday party with his friend in Sasaram city. Then Sasaram's traffic DSP Adil Bilal arrived with his body guard Sonu Kumar and three-four police personnel and started questioning. It is alleged that in the meantime he beat up the youths partying and fired six rounds from his service revolver when they protested. The family members say that he fired at Rana Om Prakash alias Badal. Rana Om Prakash died on the spot after being shot. It is said that the traffic DSP threatened that he will ruin you all by implicating you in false criminal cases. After which there was a ruckus in the city.
