DEATH OF NEWBORN, ALLEGATIONN OF CUTTING OF THE UTERUS OF PREGNANT WOMAN

ARA---------------------------A newborn died during operation on Saturday morning in a private hospital located at Shivganj Sapna Cinema Road in the town police station area of the city. There was chaos in the surrounding area for a long time due to the incident. The family of the victim is accusing the doctor of the private hospital of negligence in treatment leading to the death of the newborn and removing the uterus of the victim. After the death of the child, the anger of his family erupted. The angry family created a ruckus in the private hospital.

The angry family blocked the road by placing bamboo sticks and carts outside the gate of the private hospital located at Shivganj Sapna Cinema Road, demanding legal action against the doctor. During the jam, they set fire by burning tires. The road was blocked for about six hours. Due to the jam, a long line of vehicles was formed on both sides of the road and traffic came to a complete standstill.

On receiving the information about the road jam, Town SHO Devraj Rai reached there with the police force and pacified the angry family members and got the jam cleared. Then the traffic could start. During the investigation of the incident, the police also recovered two tetra packs of English liquor from a room of the private hospital.

According to the information, the dead newborn is the son of Vishnu Yadav, a resident of Randadih village of Shahpur police station area. Here, Bittu Kumar, son of Sanjay Yadav, a resident of Nehru Nagar of Town police station area and brother of the victim woman Rani Kumari, has given a written application against Dr. Vinay Kumar Sinha, Dr. S. Kumar and hospital operator Kamlesh Kumar Sharma of the private hospital.

It has been said in the application that his sister Rani Kumari was pregnant. She had come to her maternal home in Nehru Nagar locality for delivery. On Friday evening at around five o'clock, they took their sister Rani Kumari to Siddhi Hospital located on Shivganj Sapna Cinema Road for delivery.

There, Dr. Vinay Kumar Sinha, Dr. S. Kumar and Kamlesh Kumar Sharma said that the patient should be operated upon quickly, otherwise anything can happen. When he said that first get the tests done and then do the operation, the doctors scolded him and drove him away and said that whether it is me or you, who is the doctor. After this, the doctor asked him to deposit the money.

Even after his refusal, his sister Rani Kumari's operation was done without any examination. Due to the doctor's negligence, the newborn died. When he asked on Saturday morning how the child died, the doctor scolded him and drove him away.

When the police was going for patrolling in the morning, then he informed the police about it. After this, they went to the hospital and found two liquor fruit drinks in the doctor's room. In the application given by the family, the doctor of the private hospital has been accused of negligence and doing the operation under the influence of alcohol, causing the death of the newborn and removing the mother's uterus.

The same Dr. S. Kumar told that the woman was brought by her family around 1:30 pm on Friday night. At that time, the woman was bleeding a lot. After which Kamlesh Kumar Sharma informed Dr. Vinay Kumar Sinha about this. After which Vinay Kumar Sinha told his attendant that the condition is very critical, whether the patient should be saved or the child.

Because we suspect that the placenta has ruptured. After this, the patient was brought to the OT and the family was also called and shown her condition. However, due to late night, the ultrasound was stopped and the test could not be done. But the patient's family had got the test done outside two days ago and everything was fine in it.

He told that the patient was also referred by Dr. Vinay Kumar Sinha. But the family said no, you do it. After this, the operation was done by him and the child was born dead. He told that the uterus of the woman was removed only on the request of her family. Because if the uterus was not removed, the woman would have died due to excessive bleeding. It is said that the victim woman was going to have her third child. Before this she has a son Rabish Kumar and a daughter Ananya Kumari. Both were born through normal delivery. After the incident, the mother of the dead newborn Rani Kumari and all the family members are crying inconsolably.
