THREE-WHEELER COLLIDED WITH PARKED TURCK, ONE KILLED, THREE INJURED

BHABHUA------------------------------A horrific road accident occurred near Lahurabari village on the Mohania-Ara road (NH 319) under the Mohania police station area. A speeding auto rickshaw rammed into a truck parked on the roadside from behind. The auto rickshaw driver died on the spot, while three passengers, including a woman, sustained serious injuries.

The deceased has been identified as Ramzan Rai, 42, son of the late Izhar Rai, a resident of Ward No. 9 in Mohania. The injured include Roshan Kumar and Sonam Kumari, children of Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Angara in Gaya district. The third injured passenger is Chandan Kumar, son of Sudama Singh, a resident of Fatehpur in Gaya.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the Mohania police reached the spot. Mohania Station House Officer Alok Kumar said that the body has been taken into custody and sent to the Sadar Hospital in Bhabhua for post-mortem examination. The police have seized the truck and arrested its driver. The injured were immediately taken to the sub-divisional hospital in Mohania for treatment. After receiving first aid, they were referred to their home district of Gaya for better treatment due to their critical condition.
