ANTI-ENCROACHMENT DRIVE IN ARA

ARA--------------------------An anti-encroachment drive was carried out within the Ara Sadar administrative circle, in accordance with the directives of the District Magistrate of Bhojpur, Mr. Tanay Sultania.

During the campaign—led by the Circle Officer of Ara Sadar—necessary measures were taken to remove encroachments from roads and public spaces, thereby facilitating smoother movement for the general public.

The District Magistrate has issued clear instructions stating that no form of encroachment on public spaces, roads, or government land will be tolerated. It is a priority for the administration to keep public spaces free from encroachment by taking appropriate legal action against violators.

The campaign against encroachment will continue across the district. Necessary actions will be taken based on regular monitoring of encroachment situations on public spaces and major thoroughfares to

ensure smooth movement and an improved traffic system for the public.

Led by the Ara Sadar Circle Officer (CO), the campaign involved removing encroachments from roads and public spaces to facilitate easier movement for citizens.

The District Magistrate has clearly stated that encroachment on public spaces, roads, or government land is unacceptable. The administration prioritizes keeping public spaces encroachment-free by taking action against violators in accordance with the rules.
