MISCREANTS SHOT AT A YOUTH

SASARAM---------------------------Unidentified criminals shot a youth in the chest, leaving him critically injured, right in front of the Chenari Block office in the district. The injured youth has been identified as Gorakh Kumar (18), son of Dadan Bind, a resident of Kudari village under the Karamchat (Sabar) police station area of ​​Kaimur district. Notably, the District Magistrate of Rohtas had conducted a surprise inspection of the Chenari Block-cum-Circle office earlier that day, with the Rohtas Superintendent of Police and other senior officials also present. Tight security arrangements had been put in place in Chenari for the event; however, brazen criminals defied all security measures and shot the youth, thereby issuing an open challenge to the Chenari police. It is worth noting that a few days ago, unidentified criminals shot and killed a young woman on the Telari-Sabrabad rural road within the limits of the Chenari police station. However, the Chenari police have neither been able to solve the case nor arrest the perpetrator so far. In another major challenge, brazen criminals have openly defied the police by shooting a young man right in front of the Chenari Block office; it remains to be seen whether the Chenari police will succeed in solving both cases or if the investigations will remain inconclusive. Regarding the shooting of the young man in Chenari, three minors have been detained, and the police are questioning them. According to sources, the three individuals are residents of Kudari village under the Sabar police station area in Kaimur district and were living in a rented house in Chenari while pursuing their studies.
