He stated that the Chandi police station had received a tip-off that four individuals were trading narcotics near Narbirpur village. After verifying the information, the police arrived at the scene and arrested all four. During the search, seven packets containing a total of 0.950 grams of heroin were recovered from them. Subsequently, the Chandi police registered an FIR against them under the NDPS Act. According to the police, two of the arrested individuals—Manoj Kumar and Govind Kumar—have prior criminal records.
