EVENT-CISF PASSING OUT PARADE
HYDERABAD AUG 23 (RNI) The National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), CISF, Hakimpet, Hyderabad, hosted the Passing Out Parade of the 2nd Batch of Assistant Sub-Inspectors, marking the successful completion of training for 700 Subordinate-officers, including 74 women.
With this, these trainees are set to assume operational responsibilities in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Shri Sudhir Kumar, Additional Director General (North), CISF, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Mr.Sudhir Kumar addressing the parade, he lauded the officers for their dedication and professionalism and urged them to uphold the core values of integrity, discipline, and service in the discharge of their duties. The event was witnessed by senior CISF officials, civil and police dignitaries, stakeholders, faculty, and proud family members of the passing-out trainees.
Dr. D. P. Parihar, Director, NISA, presented the course report and congratulated the batch for their discipline and performance, commending their readiness to take on operational challenges.
The batch, selected through the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE), underwent a comprehensive training programme comprising both indoor and outdoor modules.
The curriculum covered a wide spectrum of subjects, including Industrial Security Management, Aviation Security, Disaster Management, VIP Security, Leadership Development, and Soft Skills.
Trainees were also imparted intensive tactical training in Urban Operations, Jungle Warfare, and Weapon Handling with modern firearms. The training followed the Competency-Based Training (CBT) model, with emphasis on hands-on learning and operational preparedness.
This model underscores NISA’s commitment to producing professionally competent and future-ready sub-officers capable of meeting the dynamic security challenges of the nation. During the ceremony, the Chief Guest presented awards to the outstanding trainees, Assistant Sub-Inspector Abhishek Kumar Tiwari secured three awards All Round Best, Best in Outdoor Training, and Best in Firing.
