Amit Paswan, a former Assembly candidate from Chenari, has leveled serious allegations of negligence against the local administration and the PNC company.

Amit Paswan asserts that safety standards are being disregarded during the construction work, leading to frequent road accidents. Recently, three youths sustained severe injuries after falling into a pit dug by the company in Bartali village. Tragically, one of the youths—a resident of Bharandua in Chenari—passed away today while undergoing treatment, while the condition of the others remains critical. Amit Paswan has alleged that people are losing their lives due to the apathy and indifference of both the administration and the construction company. Trucks transporting soil for the expressway construction are speeding recklessly while heavily overloaded!

They have demanded that security measures at the construction site be immediately strengthened, that accidents be subjected to impartial investigations, and that appropriate compensation be provided to the families of the deceased; otherwise, they will be compelled to launch a protest movement.
