St. Paul's College of Pharmacy, Student Green Awareness Mass Plantation
HYDERABAD NOV 26 (RNI) To create awareness among students on environmental conservation, ECG Foundation, St. Paul's College of Pharmacy and Indus Valley International School are jointly organizing a historic Green Awareness Mass Plantation Program at Turkayanjal, Rangareddy, Hyderabad in on Tuesday.
As part of this massive greening event, 10,000 saplings will be planted. It is noteworthy that 2,000 students, 200 faculty members and Sevabhava volunteers of ECG Foundation will participate in this. The program is being organized with the aim of providing a healthy and green environment for future generations.
The event will be graced by eminent personalities:
• Chief Guest, Gareth Wynne Owen, British Deputy High Commissioner, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh,
• Guests of Honour Ajay Mishra (Retired), National Chairman UNACCC & Former Special Chief Secretary, Energy Department Telangana, Dr. B. Prabhakar, IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests, Government of Telangan, Prof. Dr. G. V. Prakash, Surgical Gastro Specialist.
Dr. Laxmikantam (Retired, Former JEO – TTD), ECG Foundation Core Team, Kurmarao Sattaru, Dr. N. Venkateswarlu, Dr. Kotla Sudheer, Dr. Markandeyulu and other participate the event.
