DM DIRECTS TO ENSURE PROMPT RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC GRIEVANCES

ARA--------------------------District Magistrate Manesh Kumar Meena organized a District Public Grievance Redressal Camp (Janata Darbar) on Friday as part of the 'Ease of Living' initiative. More than 20 applicants submitted petitions regarding various issues and complaints. These primarily included matters related to revenue, social security, roads, land, and other departments.

The District Magistrate listened attentively to each applicant's concerns and instructed the relevant officials to take necessary action. During the hearing, he directed officials from the concerned departments to ensure that the received applications were processed promptly, transparently, and effectively, in accordance with the rules. He emphasized that the timely and effective resolution of public grievances is a priority for the district administration.

He further directed that the disposal of every application received at the camp must be result-oriented and completed within a stipulated timeframe. Pending cases should be reviewed regularly and disposed of promptly so that the general public does not have to make unnecessary rounds of offices to resolve their issues and can easily access essential services and schemes.

The District Magistrate directed the concerned officials to address public grievances with sensitivity and ensure the disposal of cases with accountability, transparency, and promptness.
