BUXAR-------------------------Santosh Kumar has been made the main accused in this triple murder case. Based on that, a recommendation was made to cancel the license. As per the rules, the license of both the weapons has been suspended immediately. An explanation has been sought from them. If the correct answer is not provided to the administration, then the license of the weapon will be cancelled.

Instructions have been received to reply within a week, the license will be cancelled if the answer is not given, Santosh was given the license of rifle and pistol in the year 2004.

The administration is now taking full strictness in the Rajpur triple murder case. In this connection, the license of rifle and pistol of the main accused Santosh Yadav, who carried out this murder, has been suspended with immediate effect by District Magistrate Anshul Agarwal.

The accused have been given a week's instruction, if a satisfactory answer is not given within a week, the license will be cancelled. This action of suspension has been taken on the recommendation of Rajpur police station in-charge Gyan Prakash Singh.

On 23rd May, in the battle of supremacy in Ahiyapur village of Rajpur police station area, Santosh Yadav and his brother Manoj Yadav along with their henchmen played Holi of blood. In this incident, three people died on the spot, while two people are seriously injured, one of whom had to have his leg amputated. Santosh's licensed weapons were also used in this incident. Santosh got a license for a rifle and a pistol in the year 2004.

It is worth noting that many other accused including Manoj Yadav and Santosh Yadav involved in this incident are absconding, for whose arrest the police is continuously conducting raids.
