Food Safety Dept Conducts Training for Staff at Ameeba Food Court in Badaun
Budaun, Dec 09 (RNI) : The Food Safety Department on Wednesday conducted a comprehensive training programme for staff members at Ameeba Food Court located in City Mall, Badaun. The session aimed to promote public awareness on food safety and ensure that food handlers strictly follow hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Officials briefed the workers on maintaining a clean work environment, keeping food items covered, avoiding contamination, and adopting safe food-handling practices. Trainers emphasized the importance of cleanliness in food preparation areas and adherence to regulated safety norms.
A two-member team from AKD Holdings Private Limited, Agra, also participated in the programme. The team included Rudransh Kumar, Training Executive, and Deepak Sharma, Trainer, who jointly conducted the session alongside the Badaun Food Safety Department.
Around 30 personnel working at Ameeba Food Court received training, which officials described as satisfactory and effective.
Senior officers from the Badaun Food Safety Department—Assistant Commissioner (Food-II) C.L. Yadav, Chief Food Safety Officer R.P. Singh, and FSO Priya Tripathi—were present during the training programme.
