ARA------------------------A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Bakhtiyarpur (Barka Gaon) in the Gajrajganj OP area of ​​Bhojpur district, where a 15-year-old boy's life was put at risk due to a mere dare. The teenager has been missing since the incident occurred on Thursday evening, and continuous efforts are being made to locate him.

According to reports, the missing teenager has been identified as Ankit Kumar, son of Ajay Paswan, a resident of Bakhtiyarpur. It is reported that Ankit was playing with his friends on Thursday evening when a dare was issued among the children; consequently, Ankit jumped into the river from a bridge. Unaware of the river's depth and current, he drowned.

Upon receiving information about the incident, local police immediately arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. As news of the teenager's disappearance spread, villagers gathered at the site. Villagers and local divers made strenuous efforts to search for him in the river but were unsuccessful due to the onset of darkness.

Subsequently, the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) team was informed and arrived at the scene. However, technical difficulties hindered the commencement of the search operation due to a lack of light. Ankit's family is devastated, and a wave of grief has swept through the entire village following the incident.
