ARA-------------------------On the occasion of Sharadiya Navratri, an event titled 'Abhivyakti' (Expression) was organized on Thursday at Sambhavna Residential High School, located in Shubh Narayan Nagar, Majhauwa. During the event, the girls delivered outstanding performances featuring devotional songs dedicated to the Goddess, folk dances, and the traditional Dandiya dance. Four hundred students, divided into groups, performed the Dandiya, supported by the school's teaching staff.

The atmosphere became deeply devotional, filled with the spirit of the festival through the Bhojpuri folk dances and Dandiya performances. The entire area resonated with chants of "Jai Mata Di" and "Maa Aranya Devi." The 'Abhivyakti' program was inaugurated by a group including Rishikesh Ojha (Vice-Principal), Arvind Ojha (Academic In-charge), Rajesh Raman (Examination In-charge), senior teacher Renu Prakash Vardhan, and other senior faculty members. This was followed by the worship of Goddess Durga and a floral offering ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion, the speakers remarked that every girl embodies the essence of Goddess Durga—a reflection of her upbringing and cultural heritage. They noted that the worship of the Mother Goddess is sought when one aspires for victory. Our country is defined by 'unity in diversity,' and the festival of Dussehra is celebrated to mark the triumph of good over evil. The worship of Goddess Durga serves as a profound expression of one's inner devotion. Subsequently, the students performed the 'Aarti' of Goddess Durga—"Jai Ambe Gauri..."—infusing the surroundings with a spirit of deep devotion.

Following this, the students presented various performances, including the devotional song "Badi Chhot Shital Maiya...", the folk dance "Nimiya Ke Daar Maiya...", and the 'Mata' (Goddess) bhajan "Darshanla Chhichhai Bhookhe Nav-Nav...". The atmosphere was imbued with devotion through performances such as the group Dandiya dance "Dandiya Rang Ba...", the Dandiya dance "Aaye Tere Bhavan...", and another piece, "He Ram Sabse...". During the event, the organization 'Sarjana Nyas' (Bhojpuri Kala Yatra) honored the person who inaugurated the program by presenting them with a pair of Dandiya sticks.

The event was moderated by senior teacher Arvind Kumar Ojha, along with students Sakshi Raj and Suhani Dubey. Music and singing were coordinated by teachers Dharmendra Kumar, Amitesh Ranjan, and Mahendra Sharma. Choreography was handled by dance teacher Chintu Kumar, while the stage decoration was managed by art teachers Sanjeev Kumar and Vishnu Shankar.

A devotional song dedicated to the Goddess, "Jai Ambe Gauri...", was performed by students Priyanshi Singh, Meenakshi Pandey, Saumya Singh, Saloni Kumari, Arpita Kesari, Ananya Kesari, Siksham, Vandana Kumari, Archana Chaudhary, Shreyani, Kritika Kumari, Pratigya Singh, Tapasya Bhardwaj, Sarika Singh, Shreya, Srishti, Gyani, Vaishnavi Singh, and Arpita Kumari.

Meanwhile, a Dandiya dance performed by Arya, Shivangi, Princy, Nikita, Manisha, Vidya, Sabhyata, Sabhangi, Ashi, Sanskriti, Ishika, Supriya, Nidhi, and Aditi further enriched the devotional atmosphere. Another Dandiya dance, presented by students Arya, Prachi, Manvi, Shivangi, Aditi, Angel, Shruti, and Manisha, captivated the audience and had everyone swaying to the rhythm.
