THREE ACCUSED ARRESTED IN MURDER CASE: ROHTAS SP

SASARAM---------------------------Rohtas police has taken major action and arrested three more accused in the Shahbaz Alam murder case that took place on May 18 in Sagar TOP area under Sasaram Nagar police station. The arrested accused include Rahul Kumar, Bittu Baghel and Lalan Kumar.

It is worth noting that after the murder of Shahbaz Alam on May 18, there was a huge uproar in the city. The angry mob had pelted stones at the police, in response to which the police controlled the situation by lathi-charge. Four accused were arrested on the same day, and now with the arrest of three more, a total of seven accused have been arrested in the case.

Rohtas SP Roshan Kumar, while giving information to the press, said that the involvement of a total of 9 people has come to light in this case. The remaining two accused - Vakil Ram and Anshul Kumar - are still absconding, the police is continuously conducting raids in search of them. He expressed confidence that both will also be arrested soon.

The police is deeply investigating the entire conspiracy and reasons behind this murder. The SP clarified that strict action will be taken against those who play with the law and order.
