BUXAR------------------------Acting on directives from headquarters, the police have intensified their enforcement efforts across the district to curb crime. In line with this initiative, Buxar Superintendent of Police (SP) Shubham Arya personally took to the streets to lead a special inspection drive. During this operation, conducted at Jyoti Prakash Chowk in the city, a heavy police presence was observed throughout the entire area.

During the inspection, action was taken against vehicles found violating traffic regulations. The police adopted a particularly strict stance regarding vehicles fitted with black window tints, and in several instances, the black film was removed from vehicles on the spot. Furthermore, vehicles were thoroughly inspected for illegal hooters, unauthorized modifications, and improper number plates.

The drive caused a stir among motorists flouting the rules, with many drivers seen scrambling to flee upon spotting the police. As a result of this operation, fines were issued to over 40 vehicles.

Present on the occasion were Sadar SDPO Gaurav Pandey, City SHO Manoj Singh, the Traffic In-charge, and a large contingent of police personnel. SP Shubham Arya stated that such drives would continue in the future to ensure effective control over crime.
