UPROAR IN PRIVATE NURSING HOME AFTER DEATH OF A TEACHER

BUXAR--------------------------A major commotion erupted on Sunday at Neha Nursing Home, a private hospital in the Koirpurwa locality under the Town Police Station area, following the death of a young man after an orthopedic surgery. The deceased has been identified as Hariom. He was the owner of Chandika Press in Koirpurwa and reportedly worked as a teacher at a government school in Mahdah.

The deceased's family members have accused orthopedic surgeon Dr. Mahendra Prasad of medical negligence and risking the patient's life for the sake of money. They allege that Hariom died following the orthopedic surgery. Following the incident, the enraged family members created a massive ruckus at the private hospital.

There are reports that Dr. Mahendra Prasad sustained injuries during the commotion. The police provided security to the doctor and escorted him out of the premises. Upon receiving information about the incident, Sadar SDPO Gaurav Pandey and Town SHO Manoj Kumar Singh arrived at the scene with a police force and brought the situation under control.

The police are preparing to send the body for a post-mortem examination. Confirming the incident, Town SHO Manoj Kumar Singh stated that the family has alleged the young man died following the surgery. Further action will be taken once the post-mortem report is received.

Currently, the police are investigating the entire matter. The actual cause of death and the validity of the allegations regarding medical negligence can only be confirmed following the post-mortem report and the investigation.
