BUXAR-------------------------On the fifth day of the Ramlila organized at the Mahakaleshwar Temple complex in Tulsi Ashram, Raghunathpur, the episodes depicting the redemption of Ahilya and the meeting of Ram and Sita in King Janak’s flower garden were enacted with great emotional depth. The artists' vivid performances left the audience immersed in devotion and emotion.

The enactment portrayed Lord Ram and Lakshman setting out from Buxar towards Janakpur Dham under the guidance of Guru Vishwamitra. En route, they encountered Ahilya, who had been transformed into stone due to a curse by Sage Gautam. Through the touch of Lord Ram’s feet, Ahilya was redeemed and restored to her human form. This episode conveyed a powerful message to the audience about divine grace and devotion.

Subsequently, Ram and Lakshman arrived in Janakpur and, while touring the city, visited King Janak’s flower garden. It was here that Mother Sita first laid eyes on Lord Ram. The scene depicting their first meeting was truly enchanting. The audience was particularly captivated by the poignant portrayal of Mother Sita’s prayer to Goddess Girija, in which she expressed her heartfelt wish to have Lord Ram as her consort.

Shailesh Ojha, the convener of the Tulsi Vichar Manch, announced that the following day’s performance would feature a grand and captivating enactment of Lord Ram breaking the Shiva-Dhanush (Shiva's bow) in King Janak’s royal court.
