ARA---------------------------To mark the completion of six years of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, competitions in Art & Craft ('Best Out of Waste'), poster making, and essay writing were organized at Mahant Mahadevanand Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ara, in accordance with the directives of the Higher Education Department (Government of Bihar) and Veer Kunwar Singh University. Students participated enthusiastically and showcased their creative talent. The event was inaugurated through the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by College Principal Prof. Narendra Pratap Palit, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Vijayshree, Controller of Examinations Dr. Manoj Kumar, Dr. Smita Kumari, Dr. Anupama, and Proctor Dr. Sadia Habib. Dr. Anupama welcomed the guests and students and outlined the program. In his address, Principal Prof. Narendra Pratap Palit stated that the National Education Policy 2020 places special emphasis on quality education, practical skills, and research-based learning. He urged the students to move steadily towards their goals with healthy competition, self-confidence, and discipline.

The Art & Craft competition was coordinated by Dr. Rajni Nursaria, the poster competition by Dr. Arpana Kumari, and the essay writing competition by Dr. Priya Kumari.

In the Art & Craft competition, Nidhi Srivastava secured the first position, Khushi Kumari (I) the second, and Khushi Kumari (II) the third. In the poster competition, Shriya Raj and Ekta Kumari jointly secured the first position, Priyanka Dubey and Richa the second, and Khushi Kumari the third. Meanwhile, in the essay writing competition, Anjali Singh secured the first position, Kalpana Kumari the second, and Priyanka Dubey the third.

Winning and participating students were honored with certificates and prizes. The vote of thanks was proposed by IQAC Coordinator Dr. Vijayshree.
