Meritorious Students to Receive Scholarships, Cash Awards to Encourage Academic Excellence

RNI BADAUN (Uttar Pradesh): The Education Pragati Welfare Society (Registered), Badaun, is organising educational and competitive examinations from time to time with the objective of promoting interest in education, healthy competition and talent among students in the district.

Society Director Dr Suchitra Gupta said meritorious students who perform exceptionally well in the upcoming competitive examination will be felicitated with scholarships and cash awards. The initiative aims to encourage students, particularly those from economically weaker sections, to pursue education and achieve academic excellence.

According to the society, the student securing the first position will receive a cash prize of Rs 3,100, while the second and third position holders will be awarded Rs 2,100 and Rs 1,100, respectively. A consolation prize of Rs 500 has also been announced. All students participating in the examination will be provided participation certificates as a token of encouragement.

Dr Gupta said the society is committed to providing better opportunities to talented and economically disadvantaged students and motivating them to continue their educational journey.

Besides competitive examinations, the society conducts awareness programmes, mini-camps, career guidance sessions and education-oriented initiatives at various schools and educational institutions. It also undertakes programmes related to health, environment, cleanliness and social welfare to sensitise students towards social responsibility and ethical values.

The society has appealed to students and parents to participate in the upcoming competitive examinations and awareness programmes in large numbers. The organisation also extended its best wishes to the students for their bright future.
