ARA--------------------------The Vigilance Department lodged a named FIR against two teachers working in Bhojpur district on the basis of fake Uttar Pradesh Board documents. The FIR was lodged against a lady teacher who war working at Shahpur for the last 19 years and a teacher working at Badahara for 10 years. Their documents were found fake during investigation.

Teachers working on fake certificates are being detected at regular interval in Bhojpur district. A case of two teachers from Badahra and Shahpur blocks in Bhojpur district has come out of closet after their documents were found fake during investigation. The officers of Vigilance Department Bureau, Patna registered a named FIR against both the teachers under Badahara and Shahpur police stations in this regard.

Kumari Geeta Singh of Gangapur village post Damodarpur under Shahpur police station was working as a Panchayat teacher in the Primary School, Marachia (Lalu Ka Dera) of Shahpur block since 2006 on fake documents. The Vigilance Inspector Arun Paswan took her certificate from her file folder and sent to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh for verification. The verification report from there revealed that the original certificate of the mark sheet which Kumari Geeta Singh had referred to had 304 marks written on it but Kumari Geeta Singh got the job fraudulently by increasing the marks by 62 on her marks sheet and registering 366 marks instead of 304. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Karnamepur police station in this regard.

Likewise, the Vigilance Inspector lodged a named FIR against Rakesh Kumar Rai, a teacher working in Urdu Primary School, Jhokhipur. He is accused of getting a job of Panchayat teacher 10 years ago in 2015 by submitting fake matriculation and Intermediate certificates. His marks sheet was sent to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Board for verification. The report of Uttar Pradesh Board revealed that both the matriculation and Intermediate certificates were fake. After that, a named FIR was lodged with the police under Krishnagarh police station against him.
