THE INCIDENT IS SHAMEFUL: BHAI DINESH

ARA---------------------------The incident that occurred in Maliyabag is utterly shameful, unfortunate, and highly condemnable. This event is not only deeply shocking to society but also exposes the insensitivity of the administrative machinery. I condemn this incident in the strongest possible terms.

I have a clear and stern demand for the Chief Secretary of the Government of Bihar and the Director General of Police, Bihar: the act of the Rohtas district administration and police officials in making public the names, village details, and fathers' names of the victimized boy and girl is a completely illegal, inhumane, and reprehensible act.

Such insensitivity demonstrates that the administration has strayed from its responsibilities. The very officials entrusted with the duty of ensuring the victims' safety and delivering justice are instead working to expose their identities, thereby inflicting social and psychological distress upon them—this is a matter of grave concern.

My demands are as follows: A high-level inquiry into this matter must be conducted. Immediate and strict action must be taken against the guilty officials. Strict legal action must also be initiated against those circulating the victims' identities on social media. The administration must understand that justice entails not merely taking action, but also safeguarding the dignity and honor of the victims.

If swift and effective action is not taken in this matter, it will send a clear message that the government and the administration are not serious about the safety and security of the victims.
