ARA------------------------------A scheme was hatched by the Khusrupur Station House Officer (SHO) to implicate me. On March 21, 2026, around 9 PM, I informed the SHO that the Chief Councilor had threatened to have me abducted and had personally spoken to me over the phone, making several insulting remarks. The SHO told me to submit a written complaint, promising action. I sent the application via WhatsApp; he replied "OK." Later, I sent the formal application, which was accepted and acknowledged with a receipt, though I do not know what action was taken. On April 16, 2026, I received a call from a person named Santosh Kumar Jha, asking me to meet him with the necessary documents for bail. When I asked why, he informed me that one Mintu Yadav had lodged an FIR against me. I initially claimed ignorance, but upon inquiry, I discovered that Mintu Yadav had filed a complaint accusing me of extortion and obstructing official duty. The FIR (No. 209/2026) was registered on April 6, 2024, under Sections 308(2) and 351(2) of the BNS. I submitted an application to the Rural Superintendent of Police requesting a supervisory review of the case. I learned that the Khusrupur DSP had already conducted the supervision. This raises a question in my mind: if the entire process—from registering the FIR to completing the supervision—was concluded, why was I never contacted? What was the rush that led the SHO to register the FIR and the DSP to conduct the supervision without ever reaching out to me? Why was such rapid action taken without any attempt to contact me? This suggests the potential complicity of both officers. If the SHO believes registering the FIR was a major achievement, and the DSP thinks the supervision validated the case, that is their own perspective. The real story is yet to unfold; they have only seen the trailer. Furthermore, according to the Khusrupur DSP, there is another case against me at the station; I am waiting to see what action the "honest, diligent, and capable" SHO of Khusrupur takes in that matter. You cannot arrest me by simply running around; if you speak to me with courtesy and respect, I will come forward to be arrested myself. Congratulations to the Khusrupur SHO and DSP.
