NEET STUDENT CASE
-Regarding the case involving a female NEET student, the State President pointed out that the accused was granted bail almost immediately after the new Chief Minister assumed office. What else can the people of Bihar expect from such a government? Nothing but betrayal. The future of the people of Bihar has been plunged into deep darkness for the next five years. Just a day prior, reports of a rape incident emerged from the Muzaffarpur-Kishanganj region.

PATNA-----------------------------Regarding the case involving a female NEET student, the State President pointed out that the accused was granted bail almost immediately after the new Chief Minister assumed office. What else can the people of Bihar expect from such a government? Nothing but betrayal. The future of the people of Bihar has been plunged into deep darkness for the next five years. Just a day prior, reports of a rape incident emerged from the Muzaffarpur-Kishanganj region.
The party's National Spokesperson, Kumar Saurav, provided several concrete details, noting that November 16, 1999—which also happens to be the date of birth of the current Chief Minister, Samrat Choudhary—marked a pivotal moment. On that day, the then-Governor, Suraj Bhan, issued an order dismissing Rakesh Kumar—who had been appointed as a minister at the time and is now the current Chief Minister, Samrat Choudhary—from his ministerial post. Furthermore, a separate order was issued directing that an FIR be lodged against Rakesh Kumar on charges of forgery and fraud. His dismissal from the ministerial position was not executed by any government or political party; rather, it was a directive that originated directly from the Raj Bhavan. Secondly, an FIR was registered against him because he misrepresented his age and name. On this very ground, he was removed from his ministerial post.
What I stated is substantiated by Raj Bhavan documents, which confirm that Rakesh (Samrat Chaudhary) committed fraud regarding his age, name, and date of birth: Kumar Saurav.
Party National Spokesperson Kumar Saurav stated that an inquiry committee was constituted, and the then Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Basu, submitted a report. This report noted that, at the time, Rakesh Kumar (Samrat Chaudhary) failed to cooperate with the investigation and could not substantiate whether the age recorded in his documents was accurate or not. To this day, that report remains shelved. The report highlights that his age was recorded as 31 years in his school-leaving records, 24 years in the voter list, and 16 years in an affidavit filed in court in 1995. If one accepts the court affidavit as accurate, then, by that calculation, Rakesh Kumar (Samrat Chaudhary) should have been 20 years old on November 16, 1999. However, according to Raj Bhavan records, his age was 24 years. This is a matter of public shame; the people have delivered their mandate—you may appoint whomever you wish as Chief Minister. Prashant Kishor has been consistently raising this issue; this question is not directed at the Bihar government, Samrat Chaudhary, or the BJP unit—it is a question for Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. Did *we* level these allegations? What I stated is based on Raj Bhavan documents, which confirm that he committed fraud regarding his age, name, and date of birth.
It is worth noting that State President Manoj Bharti, National Spokesperson Kumar Saurav, Spokesperson Padma Ojha, Spokesperson Tariq Champarani, and Rekha Gupta were present at this press conference.
