ARA--------------------------What kind of honor is this? He has made no contribution as the Civil Surgeon (CS) of Bhojpur or as the Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Ara; his only legacy is spreading chaos and engaging in looting and scams.

In fact, this CS has become a burden on the department and the district; he should be transferred out immediately (even if under the guise of a promotion). Furthermore, the Sadar Hospital Manager, DAM, and DPM—who were hired on contract from other districts and have been entrenched in Bhojpur for years—should be ousted, as they are the root cause of the corruption. This includes the procurement of substandard materials at rates far exceeding market value—items that are useless or unfit for purpose—as well as wasteful expenditure in the name of maintenance during the tenures of the CS, Ravi, and Ashwini.

Lakhs of rupees are being spent on generators at Sadar Hospital out of greed for commissions, even when grid electricity is available. If one were to use an RTI to audit the generator usage across the district—from Sadar Hospital, Ara, to the Sub-divisional, Referral, CHC, and PHC hospitals—the truth would be revealed. Complaints were lodged with the Bhojpur DM and the Public Grievance Cell, yet there has been absolutely no result; the situation remains unchanged because everyone in the Health Department and the local media fraternity is equally complicit in this mess. This is not an honor; it is sycophancy.
