BUXAR-------------------------Four cattle met a tragic end after coming into contact with a fallen 11,000-volt high-tension wire in the fields situated between Rampur Sikaria and Basantpur in the Chaugain block. The incident occurred at 11:00 AM on Friday. The deceased cattle include a pregnant buffalo.

The incident caused a stir in the area, and significant outrage is being witnessed among local cattle owners. It is reported that an exposed high-tension power line had been left dangling in the fields following a severe storm that struck two days earlier.

They have demanded immediate compensation from the administration, as well as action against the negligent officials.
