Development does not mean rendering the poor homeless; rather, it means providing them with a dignified life.
Bihar is an agrarian state. Strengthening the irrigation system is the need of the hour to ensure the prosperity of farmers. The government should repair, clean, and modernize canals, as well as reactivate defunct tubewells, to provide timely irrigation facilities to farmers.
Only when water reaches the fields will farmers' incomes rise, agricultural production increase, and the rural economy strengthen. Protecting the interests of farmers
