BUXAR--------------------------A case has come to light regarding the disappearance of the wife and minor son of Ganesh Sao, who supports his family by running an idli-sambar cart near the Collectorate gate. Since the incident, the vendor and his family have been in distress and are continuously searching for them.

In a formal complaint lodged with the police, Ganesh Sao stated that his wife, Anita Devi (32), and son, Chandan Kumar, left home around 6:30 PM on September 1, 2026. A dispute had occurred between the couple, following which his wife left the house in anger, taking their son with her. Despite extensive searches, there has been no trace of them so far.

According to the complaint filed at the Mufassil police station, Anita Devi was wearing a yellow saree, while her son Chandan was dressed in yellow shorts and a T-shirt. Ganesh Sao has appealed to the police for assistance in locating his wife and son.

Family members report that Ganesh Sao is in a dire state following the incident. Ganesh, who somehow manages to support his family by running a cart at the Collectorate gate, now faces the dual challenge of searching for his wife and son while also managing the household's livelihood. He has also appealed to the public to inform the police or the family if any information regarding his wife and son becomes available.
